      No pros at all..Employees who are not family member all are good

      Cons

      -discrimination -family operated business so everything they do is valid -excessive working hours -no pay for asked over time -no flexible in holidays -no long weekend holidays allowed -slavery behaviour and attitude -no value for clients/ customer

      While the office was conveniently located I found the other employees all worked out of India. The service availability/lines of business were not what was presented.
