      Pros

      Decent pay and people, heath insurance and 401k offered. Layer back atmosphere, not micrmanged. Room for advancement to compliance or advicing.

      Cons

      Great amount of dowtime, not enough resposibily. Investments out of town a great mojority of the time more difficult to get help when needed.

      The hours are good and if you just do your work they leave you alone.

      Cons

      Good 'ol boy system is ingrained in the upper management.
