Decent pay, great benefits, nice discount, casual.

Cons

Management will spread rumors about your "personal" life without your knowledge, upper management will talk to you like you're a child, they hire management that is incompetent. Those who come from other stores to help with openings will spread rumors that management got fired for sexual harassment...the same manager who spread the rumors about his employee. No time for self/school/family.

Discount and the employee purchase program, you can use one month salary up front and pay back in small amounts over a maximum of 18 months , retirement and health benefits are amazing

Cons

Will do whatever they can to push more responsibility on you and not pay you more, no organization or accountability also upper management preaches these “Ikea values” but they do not walk the talk, information to complete basic tasks is riddled with red tape
