There are no pros. Upper management is horrible and does not have clue how to treat employees unless you happen to be one of the upper managements favorites.

Cons

Everything is a con with IGT. No where to grow with the company no matter how loyal you are to the company. Your considered a number and not an asset and will be cut at any minute upper management feels there needs to be a change which seems to happen ever few months. No guidance or help from anyone at IGT. I highly recommend not appling for position at IGT.

International culture and working environment, although there are a lot of other companies like this

Too many: group fragmented in a plethora of different entities each one with its own goals and priorities, total lack of vision across the board, completely disorganized and destructured, zero respect for individuals, incredibly poor management, employees are constantly let go all of a sudden and nobody has any clue as to why it happened. Salaries level below market average and zero increases if not very sporadically (yet very minimal, e.g. in the 1% range). This is just the result of an inorganic growth never managed as it should. Not a surprise that the stock price is going south big time.
