Had a good benefits package.

Cons

All hype and no follow through. IGT lost lots of good people because of Top Heavy management, vague moral building (Remember: Think Blue?), and petty knee jerk reactions by management to employees for being curious who still works at IGT who know anything. Doing more with less is a worn out phrase.

Pros

A 5 hour workday. There is usually someone else that does the actual work. Directors are seldom around so freedom for long lunches reducing the workday to 3 hours.

Cons

The bonus amount gets considerably smaller each year. Stock grants are gone for managers. Most managers can't do their jobs while a large minority do not even know their product line. It is very hard to be motivated for even the simplest tasks.

Pay scale is 20 years behind, management cuts corners even at the expense of productivity and safety, management is completely disengaged, if you desire work life balance you must force it, management slow to praise- quick to scold, management makes job more difficult than it needs to be.
