1. Which Corporate company changes the as per their wish and will
2. Which Corporate company changes the weekoffs of an induvidual every week .
3. Which Corporate Company Doesnt no give breaks and allow ppl to go on a BIO Break
4. Which manager in the organization behave rude towards women employee and force them to give reasons of gynaec issues
All these happens in IGT AKA BRIGHT STAR HYDERABAD OFFICE.
5. No Control on the words that will be used towards employees by the supervisors , managers and shift leads. they talk to ppl as if they are slaves for them and they are paying us from their pockets. They failed to understand that like them rest of them are working for the company .
6. Worst thing is supervisor who corner and target new joiners. If the trainer does his job right there will not be a issue on the production floor. Trainer himself is mad who is least bothered to train rather threatens to throw you out from the company.
7. When the process is vast management needs to plan accordingly and assign work, Not dumping it on one person and asking him to do multi tasking.
8. Primary Monitoring is a critical job, it should be assigned to ppl with less number of other tasks and rest of the ppl should be divided to things based on the workload, Utter stupidity that ppl dont understnad this for such vast process you should have big team, 20 ppl will not be enough to work on such process.
8. Managers being here for 14 yrs think they can change the rules without HR consent, Company is theirs and humiliate the frontline agents to their wish
9. When in emergency if you call the supervisors , shift leads, manages , senior manager none of them answer the calls even after seeing 10-15 missed calls one ignores to at least acknowledge.
10. Leaves wont get uncashed neither let employees take the leaves only if management wants they will take the leaves rest of them should die to take one leave or plan anything in personal life.
11. Trainer calls in during the weekend and expect to take the trainings and the same training is not delivered for the ppl who are in week off that day. If the ppl are in weekoff trainer should not schedule the training he needs to ensure everyone is present and then give the training. later when questioned he says he has given the training and ask you to work knowing I did not take a training . He set a wrong expectation to the higher management portraying that employee is not capable of doing his job . He just lie to the management.
11. This organization is a hub for toxicity .
12. Specially the mid level and senior level management are so revengeful and worst i cannot explain.
13. Even during menstruations we need to hold the pee and sit like that for hours, WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE THE BIO BREAKS
14. HR SHOULD WAKE UP AND KICK THESE PEOPLE OUT FROM IGT UNTIL THESE FOLKS ARE IN YOUR OFFICE THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY, WORK LIFE BALANCE, NO TRUST AND CONFIDENTALITY
15. Suicidal tendencies we had while working there .
