None. This is the worst company in the industry by far.
Cons
Incompetent line management. Employees are undervalued and treated like another cog in the wheel, where the company's primary (and only) interest is in client retention. There is a culture of dishonesty and gaslighting. I had to involve Trade Union in order to navigate their breaches in employee rights. No opportunities for growth, if you're good at your job they have even less interest in supporting career development. NO BONUS scheme, even though this was promised but removed just days before payout was due without notice to employees; and employee benefits are abysmal and could not ordinarily be defined as beneficial on any significant level. Pay is £10-£15K less than other CROs.
