Where to begin: - no growth opportunities at all! They always lie and say they are creating pathway programs but so many pathway programs no longer exist and it's so hard to get promoted. I know people who have been in this role for over 10 years without a promotion or guidance on how to move forward with their careers. - HR is not helpful at all. Rude. - LAYOFFS because they are outsourcing all the US jobs to low cost centers. - US office has no culture at all. Very bare minimum. The only culture we have is the one organized within our own departments and that is not through the company. - Overworked and under appreciated! - Very low salaries - horrible upper management making weird choices - PRA Health was supreme and cared about its employees but after the merger ICON has gone downhill and things are depressing. - super high turnover rate. No one likes working here.

Work environment is not stable and ICON doesn’t care about the talented employees , in last couple of months laid off hundreds of employees because the client end up the contract with ICON for low cost countries Nothing seriously made from ICON to find new roles.
