Chaotic management, no employee consideration, poor management.
Pros
Only pro is that there's stagnant employment.
Cons
Long list 1) They expect 100% billable utilization including holidays. That means one has to work 110% everyday on billable projects to match that. 2) No consideration of employees. The management is in line with corporate anarchy. Employees get minimum raise (not covering even 30% inflation), bonuses are worth pennies and this is after you have overachieved all listed goals at year starting when company's revenues are sky high. 3) The new coming to the office rule has been forced down to all employees, even in health and family emergencies they expect you to comply. 3) They will offer you the lowest pay and expect you to do the work for which the base market salary is atleast 30-40% higher. 4) The new management is inconsiderate, behave like they own us and don't give any thoughts about anyone except the upper management. 5) The pay and flexibility gap between a mid level employee and a starting level upper management is humongous. It's a company made just for upper management who want to retire from the company.
