Pros

The pay, snacks, subsidized lunch, coworkers.

Cons

Consistent lack of planning means working 7 days a week and sometimes 24 hour shifts. The senior leadership is clueless to the abilities of their own technology and opted to layoff 33% of those that could improve it across the board. How a group of investors could fund this venture after seeing what the exact same leadership team did to Treehouse is beyond me.

Pros

Start up life and good technical team coworkers

Cons

Start up life. Poor leadership that is out of their depth. The company concept is cool, but it really doesn't make sense it's a solution looking for a problem. The problem with housing will not be solved by 3d printing ugly and inefficient concrete oven houses. Poor decision making and high cash burn rate has led to massive layoffs, but poor management means they are now looking for more execs to fill the gap. Probably only a year or so left and this company will go under

Pros

Passionate people that believe the CEO's mission of helping end the housing crisis across the globe. Cutting edge technology in the concrete and 3D printing space. Great pay and good benefits.

Cons

Weak leadership - Unable to make rational decisions in a timely manner to advance projects and procedures. Favoritism - Anyone that does not fall in line with any part of leadership gets ostracized while those that brown-nose will get promoted all the way up. Massive lack of communication - Huge gap in communication from senior (Not C-Level) and middle level management to lower level employees that articulates the desired path the company and projects are heading. Refusal to admit current state of the business shows a lack of understanding of the construction industry. This does not come as a shock as most of the construction leadership lacks knowledge and experience in the physical construction space.
