Pros

Fulfilling mission and drive to achieve. My team has been easy to work with and understanding. Ramps up at times but for good reasons. Working under experienced folks in my department and learning a lot. Company has good benefits.

Cons

For a startup, the equity compensation is limited and doesn't add much additional motivation. Still working on putting processes in place to start to automate back office work but still challenging.

One of the most innovative companies in the world. AI, robitics, a space program, and a mission to house the most vulnerable people on the planet. You get to work w/ some of the most intelligence and hard working team I’ve been around. Building a better world for the people who need it the most.
