Terrible management, monthly gaslighting meetings, unrealistic deadlines, unqualified people promoted to leadership positions, unannounced schedule changes, low wages, unsafe working conditions, the list goes on…

Few and far between honestly. When we started everything was great, but then the fire nation attacked.

Lack of respect for employees Unqualified individuals running blue collar workers and being condescending while not knowing anything Boys club You can get fired at the drop of a hat due to their propensity to burn money and pay “investors” ridiculous salaries

Intense timelines, industry shattering product performance, genuine people who want to change an industry and solve hard problems. If you want to do good work and see real results, work here. If you want to hide behind a desk and do as little as possible, don't work here.

Cons

It's a high-velocity place. If you're looking for a challenge, you'll find it here. That's only a bad thing for folks who shouldn't have applied to the company in the first place. Not everyone fits at ICON but those that fit, thrive.
