      Taking care of us really well during COVID-19

      Pros

      The company has been exceptional in how they are dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. Frequent communications about what is happening at all locations around the world from the beginnings at our plants in China to the spread across Europe & the Americas. In the US and Brazil they quickly tested and expanded capacity to work from home for those that can and significantly limited interaction with people from the outside to protect those that need to produce products that go into the essential food and energy sectors of the economy. Even in the middle of this crisis they gave bonuses to those eligible and for those who weren't eligible the company gave pay increases.

      Cons

      Any minor cons at this time fade to the background when you look at the big picture and all the good things like keeping all of us employed and getting a regular pay check.

      Pros

      -staff are generally great people -compensation is fare -trying to grow -fairly relaxed and flexible to tasks (office worker)

      Cons

      -fear culture, scared of so many things like bad PR, an HR issue, or a technology failure that is puts paralysis on growth and innovation. -lack of clear leadership - modern workplace culture is still in it's infancy
