      Pros

      Opportunity to work with global partners (sometimes challenging). Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Currently limited vision and strategy. Low potash prices, recovery from large write-offs for canceled capital projects and an interim CEO that doesn't seem to be moving on, leaves employees waiting for direction other than to continually cut costs. Makes employees wonder if there is a future. Communication from senior management is almost non-existent.

      Pros

      Hot showers. Good ppe. That's it.

      Cons

      Bad management , extreme conditions , favouritism , bullying . Workmates who can't be trusted . Epidemic of low morale and poor leadership. If this is what your after you've come to the right place , in my eight years there I saw this on a daily basis. Good luck , you'll need it.

      Pros

      Management easily accessible. Work life balance is good. Office is closed on the weekends but becuase Israeli company might ahve to work on Sunday as per Israeli work week.

      Cons

      Difficult work culture, no levelling in terms of experience or salary, lack of decision makers, finger pointing
