Great mission & people; can be frustrating b/c of outdated processes

Really wonderful, supportive, friendly colleagues. CEO and Sr. Mgmt care about the employees. Good mission supporting America's small banks.

Cons

Held back a bit by outdated internal technology and processes (which was in the process of being updated when I left). Many people at the company have been there for aaaagggessss, which shows it's a good place to work, but could also contribute to process and tech stagnation.
