Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about your experience at our organization, as ICBA is committed to an inclusive environment where every employee can flourish. Over the last year, ICBA has incorporated initiatives to add transparency to our promotion process and compensation program that directly ties employee compensation to performance, experience, and job requirements. This includes creating a performance excellence system that provides opportunities for feedback from multiple sources and clear goals on which to base performance.
Even with these initiatives, we understand issues can arise, so we encourage staff to contact HR if an employee’s experience does not match our values. For over two years, CEO Rebeca Romero Rainey has held routine all-staff town halls where employees can anonymously submit feedback or questions to the CEO. Employees can post comments or questions in real time during the meetings. This format has been widely accepted by employees as it further encourages feedback and promotes our commitment to creating a positive work environment for all employees.
We value all feedback and would be happy to learn more about what specifically it was that was not positive during your time here and how we can improve. Please feel free to reach out to HR at any time. We wish you the best.
