      A great place to work!

      Pros

      Very welcoming place to work with fantastic benefits. Staff are very friendly and willing to help out especially when you are new. I have completed my first year here and still feel like there is lots to learn. There is no posturing from leadership and transparency when it comes to communications with staff. There's flexibility and an understanding that we are all people with lives outside of work. We have the ability to telework, or come into the office or be hybrid with no pressure to do one or the other.

      Cons

      The only con is that the organization itself is growing and quite diverse while the membership itself still has a ways to go. However, there is a concerted effort to ensure that it happens.

      Benefits, Vacation time, Free Lunch Snacks, 401K. And really good people working for the little guy.

      Cons

      Somewhat small roughly 150 people. Can be demanding depending on where you are in co.
