      Warning to future employees

      Pros

      Decent pay for the region. Health plan was good but pulling back with the Affordable Care Act fiasco.

      Cons

      A lot of old school "I'm the boss, you're the peon" attitudes with management taking credit for employee's work. Also not a lot of interest in growing the skills of their employees. Words are cheap action costs $$
