Good balance work/live, nice people to work with, interesting product Well located
Cons
Useless training, learning on the job is the only way you ll progress.... Rh department inexistant at best, no skills or career management plan despite what they tell you. Worst management team, can't manage their growth, with unrealistic view on sales, quality management, people management.... The rules does not apply the same depending on who you know, fairness is not a concern there.
