Pros

Great equipment and engineering. The technology is advanced, and the mission of the company is meaningful, especially in the field of cancer treatment.

Cons

U.S. operations are completely disorganized. Sporadic shifts with no prior warning, lack of planning, very poor onboarding, and zero classroom training before touching the system. Onboarding consist of breaking down wooden crates in the hot sun all-day instead of doing technical training/work despite holding a degree and years of relevant engineering experience. There’s a lack of proper office space, no real HR presence in the U.S., and absolutely no legal or employee support. Communication is non-existent, and management lacks both experience and professionalism. Equipment and tools are often missing or unavailable, and you're left to figure everything out on your own.

Pros

I have never met anyone as caring as Carmen Powell. I was having issues with my rent since I had to move here from NC, she gave me $3500.00 outside of my salary. I worked there for a few months and due to contract lost, I was not even there for a year when she did all of that for me, she had to downsize my position. She paid me a severance and also kept me on her payroll and benefit until I found a new position. She took me along with her senior staff and husband to dinner on my last day. I am not sure what the others are talking about, but I felt it was important to add my voice. She hears and has compassion for everyone. She doesn't like her time wasted and that is because as CEO she has a lot on her plate. This is really unfair that people put these comments on here.

Cons

As a small business sometimes there might not be more opportunities, that is the only thing that I would suggest is to create a succession plan, but that will come with time.
