got to meet new people and make friends. gave me confidence to communicate with others and learn how to present myself in public

the employee staff was less so called unexpectedly and wasnt appreciated for all i did. occupied most of my time and didnt have time to do anything else

I worked at a smaller Howard Johnson, learning and developing new customer service and hospitality skills was very easy, there was time and resources to gain knowledge if needed to, and there wasn't a ton of pressure on me like there is at bigger establishments. The incentive program pushes you to have excellence customer service.

Cons

Their insurance plans are expensive and didn't have many provider options.
