Pros

I worked at a smaller Howard Johnson, learning and developing new customer service and hospitality skills was very easy, there was time and resources to gain knowledge if needed to, and there wasn't a ton of pressure on me like there is at bigger establishments. The incentive program pushes you to have excellence customer service.

Cons

Their insurance plans are expensive and didn't have many provider options.

Pros

The hours were flexible, however there was no guarantee you would get 40 hours a week.

Cons

The work was hard, and a lot was demanded of you. 20-25 rooms per day as needed.
