      Pros

      Benefits is about it. HD is just another Wal-Mart.

      Cons

      Anythings in regards to treating people like you would want to be treated.Terrible Attendance Policy. They look at a report every six months, then discipline you.....or fire you. You may have been late a couple times 5 months ago, then they write you up. How can anyone dispute what happened 5 months ago? Shouldn't these issues be addressed with-in a week or two?

      Not a Place to be ..

      Pros

      Brand Name organization. 2nd biggest Retailer in the World. The employees down in Atlanta have a lot more offerings compared to employees in Canada. More access to systems that allow advance reporting and less number crunching manually in Atlanta vs. Canada.

      Cons

      Highly Political Environment. Need to know people ASAP and make your moves otherwise you will be sitting on the same chair for years to come. I'd like to add that you'd be surprised how compensation is very unique even within the same teams and how titles are allotted. On my team there were 3 analysts. One dude with a MBA + CMA and strong work experience of 5 yrs in Automotive Giant about a lil over a year in Telecom but was given the Financial Analyst title whereas another member who joined later on with a Bachelors in Math and 3 yrs of experience in telecom was given a Sr. Financial Analyst role sooo go figure
