* Incompetent IT "Leadership" * No focus on innovation * Incredibly difficult to get funding for anything * Pay is not very good (definitely below industry standard) * Office politics * Very little work-life balance * Very tight with time-off benefits * Very rigid and stuffy culture * Ivory tower leadership I could go on and on...but, I think you get the point...

•Far too much middle and upper management which causes constant miscommunication. You eventually end up reporting directly and indirectly to 5 different managers/directors. •Finance has had 3 different CFOs in 4 years which is driving inconsistent management approaches which change on a whim. •Uncoordinated re-organizations that don’t drive results and leave significant areas of work unattended. •The Finance department leadership is under the impression that they have advanced analytic software that allows rapid analysis but the entire department is run by Excel. •Yearly Bonus for non-management is $150, which is insulting.
