Pros

Workload is reasonable and environment is relaxed.

Cons

Third world office far away from downtown. Very little to no cooperation among all the different teams and departments. Teamwork is also discouraged by the managers. Little pay and lots of overtime for employees, even though they constantly promise you the opposite. Obviously, constant turnover of the team. Beware of managers that are polite in front of you, but shamelessly badmouth everybody behind their backs.

Pros

Every other Friday off Many people "in the trenches" are personable and reasonable Free annual cruise that, with the right navigation of bureaucracy, can be pretty worthwhile.

Cons

A legacy of empire-building, defense, and mistrust within management tiers defeats project-level, cross-department collaboration efforts. Paper. Forms. For. EVERYTHING. Exemplary employees don't receive support from management, and at the same time people sleeping at their desks goes unaddressed. No incentives for success, no consequences for failure; the most systemic lack of accountability I've ever witnessed in my career.

Pros

You get to go on a huge discounts cruise after 1 year of service.

Cons

They will increase your workload and not your pay. They obviously are working on cutting costs in the company. They have you with a base hourly wage and then rest is commission based. The only issue with this is 99% of your time in the call center is non-commission tasks... they are also sending everyone home fro the office so you have to work from home, meaning you will not be eligible for the Seattle mandatory $15 minimum wage. This is just an average call center. Also the discounted cruise, is only discounted not free. Obviously you have to pay the Taxes, Fees, and port expenses and then they only let you know you got it like a few days prior... Aka have fun with airfare!
