A livable wage won't be found here

Pros

Working from home is nice and we had good benefits until they switched to Aetna.

Cons

HAL does not pay its employees a livable wage. Departments roll up to the contact center when that is not what we do so they can get away with paying us less per hour than some fast food places. It is truly hard to treat our guests with care and empathy when we have to take on an extra job or go to a food bank to feed our families. And yes, this is in the US.
