Office space is beautiful, worked with some very nice, competent & hard working people, the work can be interesting at times

Cons

Poor benefits (despite management boasting), low wages with only 2% increase per year- regardless of performance, very old hierarchical structure, an old boys club, management needs improvement.

The send computer setup and provide cable modem no bill. Or they used too.

Cons

No consideration of location in shifts. Poor support, uninvolved or engaged management, no continued training. Better than you attitude of most veterans, especially leads.
