Pros
work life balance, pay was reasonable for a call center job, no pressure to sale to keep your job, management engagement was fantastic, honestly in my 10 year call center experience this was the best job due to the environment management made for the employees and the guests that called to receive assistance
Cons
I do not have any Cons. I was laid off due to COVID19 shut downs. I was heart broken bc I loved the job. If given the chance to go back to work for them, I would without question.
