The cruise product has always been very good, food is great, entertainment has gotten better over the last 5 years, the new ships are beautiful and designed perfectly.

Cons

Like most companies, there are internal issues. The company likes to appoint or promote unqualified individuals to certain key positions and keep poor performing individuals in other key positions
