Pros

We can get a discounted cruise but they don't tell us we are approved until 1 week before so good luck getting vacation time approved.

Cons

Senior Management has too much power, they don't give you raises, and you are not paid what you deserve even if you bust your you know what.

Pros

Good benefits (including travel), great co-workers, opportunity for advancement, and flex work options.

Cons

Typical issues you find in a call center environment: work can be repetitive and stressful, pay is not as competitive as it could be, HAL's customer base is older so customers can be frustrating (you may start to think of yourself as tech support for the elderly), there isn't always ready support available from supervisors and other departments.
