The pay is ok. Training was great.

Cons

Pay structure was changed many times. It was a challenge was dealing with frustrated customers who were often upset due to difficulties reaching support.

Pay scale is slow to change, and no longer locked to Seattle min wage, so you could be making much less than a local agent
