      Pros

      Good product to sell with fair compensation. Some great people on staff who understand the team concept and care about their human resources. Good medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing which is unusual these days. Limited travel benefits.

      Cons

      Some fear management exhibited with creativity often stifled. You will find managers who don't appreciate and waste their human resources. Communication is very siloed. Expect long work hours.

      Pros

      Typical benefits - not great, but good enough, there are some travel opportunities to attractive locations, a few cruising perks included, don't require a lot of overtime, and a 9/80 schedule (the 9/80 is by far the best perk offered)

      Cons

      Internal communication is horrible, no attempts at community building, road blocks and barriers to success are everywhere, a militaristic culture that suppresses employee attempts at implementing improvements, very top heavy with VPs/Directors paranoid about job security, archaic review process, length of employment is rewarded more than quality of employee, salaries are significantly lower than market averages. You actually have to pay money to go to the company summer picnic.
