Flexibility, short hours.(part time) easy job....one "free" cruise per year after so many hours......

Cons

Low pay...short hours for those needing the job...I am retired so it was just for "fun" and a little spending money.

Lots of training and support, activities for the crew and ability to get off the ship in port is a bonus

Cons

Sometimes the work life balance can be challenging since you're away from home for 4-9 months at a time, for some crew the pay is very low and rely on tips

Cruise benefits, fun work place, meeting people from all over the world, and getting to see new places and getting to go on shore trips for free, and they will train you to get a CDL class B.

Cons

The hours can get long and the work is seasonal, but you can make a lot of money for the short season.
