Pros

Pros: Fellow employees become family, many travel perks along with job, good 401K match ratio Good reputation as a company with many returning and very loyal customers

Cons

Cons: Big Corporate Entitiy, at times extremely stressful benefits seem to be less and less every year (as with the economy, I suppose)

Pay isn't great, full time positions are incredibly hard to come by, but they do hire internally 90% of the time.

A free bus pass is available if you desire one. They are building a new office which will be quite nice.

Cons

When I got here the business was handled very old-school. We are told over and over that things are changing, but I have yet to see any actual changes.
