Pros

Capable and smart individuals. Pay is very reasonable and an added 4 day (10 hour) work option.

Cons

Culture with no accountability. There is rarely any ownership of applications or infrastructure triage. Because Carnival Corp is the parent company, middle management from both companies have saturated the reporting structures to the point where communication upward is filtered before senior management or executives realize the weight of risks ahead.
