Pros

Some flexibility with hours. Cafeteria in building. Some nice co-workers New President is breathing life into a dying old gal gasping for breath.

Cons

Company is stuck in the mid-20th century. Reports are printed and then brought to a Director Time off days are miserly. Work from home is frowned upon for positions that would be very effective at it even in emergencies. Low-level managers are given offices and those door are often shut.

good work atmosphere, goal driven and positive, ethical approach of all facets of the cruise industry

Cons

slow moving processes due to the size of the company. The safety and regulations department is getting more people than the actual operations side of the company, the balance is lost.
