      Many of the people who work for the company are dedicated employees who have been with the company for more than 10 years.

      Cons

      Some of the ideas of management is outdated and slow to change.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits and decent hours. Work/life balance was pretty good and mostly friendly people. No micromanagement in my department.

      Cons

      No opportunity for advancement and low pay. Raises were minimal and upper management didn't seem to care about low end workers. Everyone was easily replaceable in their minds.

      Pros

      Many employees are loyal, committed, and in love with cruising and ships. From mid-level downwards, employees relate well to each other, minus typical and well represented corporate relationship drama.

      Cons

      Extremely corporate, chain-of-command environment, but wants not to be. Management occasionally tried new things or approaches, but it sometimes felt forced and uncomfortable. The bonus and compensation structure favors higher titled employees.
