Pros

Good benefits (including travel), great co-workers, opportunity for advancement, and flex work options.

Cons

Typical issues you find in a call center environment: work can be repetitive and stressful, pay is not as competitive as it could be, HAL's customer base is older so customers can be frustrating (you may start to think of yourself as tech support for the elderly), there isn't always ready support available from supervisors and other departments.

Pros

I got to do what I love with professionals and got to see the world! And I got paid for it!

Cons

It was hard for me being away from my friends and family for so long. And ironically I really don't like to travel.
