Holland America Line reviews

Horrible management, or lack there of, can't seem to get or keep a full management team since the summer of 2018. Feels like a preschool with no supervision. Rules are constantly changed on a whim. Archaic system uses email and spreadsheets to communicate. Terrible morale company wide especially with the office of the Personal Cruise Consultants. New manager is extremely abrasive, unprofessional, unapproachable and out of touch. Our "Sales Coaches" have zero sales background and do nothing more then useless micromanaging. This department is being run into the ground.

Very disorganized company, lots of wrong info, management is inexperienced and lacks communication skills. Training was inadequate, you are fed to the wolves. Major inconsistencies in management style. And policies. The direction and target changes daily. Leads are very cold, this job is nothing like I was described in interview process. Odd feeling working for holland America in a Princess office in another state. Complicated pay structure.
