Sucks your soul - Anonymous employee Holland America Line Employee Review

I worked there for over 4years and I am just now getting my soul back. Management is horrible! The hand never knows what the foot is doing. There is pressure to make unrealistic sales goals-the QA is really unfair-and it feels like the seventh circle of hell. Do not do phone work especially for this company --you are just a very small wheel in a very large cog. You are a robot. Plain and simple. And don't get me started on the wage! 11 cents a year? I could make more at Mcdonald's.
