Pros

Get to learn some new cooking tech. Lots of fun people to work with. Many good cooks have worker there. Kitchen manager can make a good step-dad.

Cons

The owners act like they are king and queen when they show up. The clients come last when they are in town. Hipster retards run the kitchen now. Hope you like handlebar mustaches.
