Pros

The work is flexible on how your going to spend your vacation leave. They conduct trainings and seminars to enhance your skills.

Cons

There are conflicts with schedule. Like instead of working overtime sometimes you have to work double shift. There is not enough staff to fill up the busy hours or peak hours.

Pros

Dependable schedule, relative independence, great staff to work with.

Cons

Dealing with inane guest issues that depend a lot on housekeeping/management, annoying uniforms, lots of multitasking needed to survive, pay isn't worth the stress.

Pros

The best thing about working for Holiday Inn was the other employees. Most are overworked and undercompensated but are genuinely amazing people.

Cons

The amount of hours expected to work even after entering overtime. Upper management is absolutely terrible. Overall, disorganized.
