It's a relatively easy job.

Cons

Some customers can be very annoying and make unreasonable demands... The supervisors will never back you up and will always take the side of the customer

Pros

Tips were great. Hourly was great. Business travelers bar so they always tipped well. Offered full time and flexibility to bartend banquets.

Cons

High turnover. Work alone. Not too many people to work with.
