Pros

I am so lucky to work at an amazing property with an amazing boss who is willing to teach me everything she knows

Cons

I wish they paid more. The rate per hour for a up and coming area is just so low in comparisons to other properties and I wish they had a free education university like best western

Pros

The employees get rewarded for their time and effort, all staff are treated equally, customers appreciate the effort you put in to make their stay the best and most comfortable.

Cons

Can't really say much other than the hours I get offered being a bit hit and miss. Everything is pretty great to be honest.
