Pros

Paid vacation and health benefits are offered to full-time employees, but since the hotels are individually owned, this can vary.

Cons

Employee discounts used to be better and easier to get. Most hotels don't offer it anymore and it's not very good when they do.

Learning more about the general functions of a hotel, as well as overbally operations since it is a small property

Cons

Management doesn't want to spend money to improve property. No career advancement
