Pros

Full knowledge of organisational culture and its dishes. Holiday inn Bulawayo apprentice 2006 to 2009. Been with the organisation for 6 years .

Cons

Many companies used to take employees from holiday inn since are well trained. Needs good retention scheme to avoid braindrain.

Pros

Meet all kinds of interesting people from all over the United States from the West Coast to the East Coast and from around the World.

Cons

You will always, no matter what, will find unusual customers who are never satisfied with either room accommodations, service, and usually but, not always with Wi-Fi services. All you can do is put on your best "Hospitality" manners or simply get with your Manager or the Service Desk Manager! Remember: "The Customer is ALWAYS Right!"
