Pros

The health insurance is pretty decent, the discounts on hotel rooms

Cons

Worked a lot of hours, and there was an inbalance between social and work life for a while. There has been plenty of times when one week, I worked overnights and the next, second shift due to co workers quitting without notice. The pay could be a little better
