Pros

Hours, if you get a shift you like. Employee rate if you can afford to go anywhere.

Cons

Franchise. Low pay, no benefits other than employee rate. Lots of responsibility without compensation. Manager never available to guests. Not enough employees. Office supplies/equipment needed for daily functions not kept on hand or out of order frequently.

Pros

Quick pace job so shifts went by fast.

Cons

Poor management, customers complained about everything, most being out of control of the front desk workers and management was never around to fix things, lack of training, and and no breaks in an 8 hour shift.
