Unrealistic expectations that change every five minutes. One minute sell Fieldwire, then tools, then DQI, back to Fieldwire, oh why aren't you selling tools?! The job is to sell, but the (intense) pressure is on getting "points" for selling tools. You could be hitting sales target but if you haven't sold enough tools then be prepared for a call. Even though there are other targets to aim for, but they do not care about those. Be prepared to work more than your contracted hours for no extra pay 'to get the work done'.

Hilti used to be a good company to work for but because they are losing money they have put impossible KPI on AMs. The managers treat you like crap and no matter what you do its never good enough, they will only point out the bad and will not acknowledge the good. If you want to join as an AM be prepared to feel like you are nothing. It used to be a great company to work for they have lost their way because the managers are under pressure to make the companys whole target and AMs being on the bottom are not treated like humans but as money making machines. Avoid Hilti at this moment unless you are going for a role above AM because then you will just be expected to push and be nasty to AMs. Hilti has lost its way. They have bad management and are losing AMs way to much. Having all new AMs is not a good thing for a company.
