      Pros

      Nothing. It used to be great, but not anymore.

      Cons

      - Too much internal politics. - Senior management doesn’t care about people, only about numbers. - Workload never ends — it’s always “busy time.” - If you push yourself a little more, it becomes harmful. - Hilti’s culture used to be caring and supportive — that’s why many joined. Now, only “performance” matters, not “care.” - The more you do, the more they push you, even at the cost of your mental peace and health. - If you don’t believe this, talk informally to any Hilti employee and check how happy they are.

      Working from home or everywhere but you need to be in the office, duh not really pros

      Cons

      - The company has started letting go of people, especially third-party employees, due to a financial crisis. Upon checking, we found out that the bosses didn’t even know we had purchased or subscribed to some of the most expensive software tools — three of which we don’t even need. Bro, how can you approve such tools without properly checking? - I have experienced instances of racial bias within the department. I believe I was treated unfairly due to being different from the rest of the team. Unfortunately, my reporting manager did not take the initiative to verify the situation from my perspective or allow me the opportunity to explain my side

      Provide company car /fule card for account manager

      Cons

      Hilti Australia is a toxic place to work for, the managerment is not accpeting any feedback you put forward and you have to be super careful when you approach your manager. if the manager did not hear the thing that he wants to hear then you are in trouble, not a healthy working environment.
